Exceptionally helpful hosts, from pre-arrival to departure. Beautifully restored Victorian home filled with various art pieces. Convenient 5-minute walk to town center. Varied and delicious breakfast options. Kindness of hosts evident through airport drop-off. Nelson’s personality influenced by remarkable efforts of Ray and Jules.

The house was charming and had a warm ambiance that made us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful room we were allocated which was spacious and provided with all the necessary facilities. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and featured locally-sourced ingredients. the location was perfect, with many local shops and attractions within walking distance.
One downside to our stay was that we were not offered any guidance on the surrounding areas or activities to do during our stay. The lack of information or suggestions made it challenging to navigate the area, particularly with it being Easter and some places being closed.

I had an amazing time at this luxury hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area yet still a short walk to the centre. The service was exceptional, with housekeeping going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, from the ironing facilities to the heating and air conditioning, everything was thoughtfully provided. I loved the cozy sitting area and terrace, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea while taking in the garden view. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV was great for unwinding after a day of exploring. The dining experience was fantastic as well, with a delicious breakfast served in a charming outdoor dining area. The staff provided personal service and even packed me a tasty lunch for my adventures. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, as the comfort, quality services, and location make it an ideal choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
I would recommend this hotel to family and friends without hesitation.
